Power G Door/Window Contact Battery Replacement

Before you Begin:

• Make sure your system is Disarmed.

2. Gather tools:

• You'll need a new battery of the correct type (CR2032) and a small flathead screwdriver.

3. Locate the battery compartment:

• It's usually on the side or back of the sensor, covered by a small cover.

4. Open the cover:

• Gently pry the cover open using the screwdriver. Some models have tabs you can press to release the cover.

5. Remove the old battery:

• Use the screwdriver to gently lift it out.

6. Insert the new battery:

• Make sure the positive (+) side is facing up and the battery is securely seated.

7. Close the cover:

• Snap it back into place firmly.

9. Test the sensor:

• Open and close the door or window to ensure the sensor triggers properly.
