Parts Needed:
- Small flat head screwdriver
Before you begin:
- Make sure your security system is Disarmed
To Begin:
- Locate the slot opening on the bottom of your doorbell
- Take a small flathead screwdriver and press upward into the slot
- While pressing the screwdriver upward, gently pull the doorbell away from the wall mount
- The doorbell will release from the wall mount causing it to power down
- Leave the doorbell disconnected for 2-3 minutes
- Align the doorbell back up with the wall mount and snap it back into place
- The doorbell will begin to boot up and may take up to 90 seconds to come back online
